Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep listings accurate — opening hours, prices, and details are checked and updated regularly — but venues change without notice, and Mela is a curated guide, not a live feed. Always confirm details like opening hours or availability directly with the venue before relying on them, especially for anything time-sensitive.
Links to third parties
Mela links out to third-party services — venue websites, booking platforms, ride-hailing apps (like Bolt), and directions via Google Maps. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites once you leave Mela.
No guarantee, no liability
Mela is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a recommendation will be right for you, that a venue will be open when Mela says it is, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mela and its operator aren't liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.
Intellectual property
The Mela name, branding, and the editorial content within the app (descriptions, "Why Mela" notes, curation) belong to Mela. Venue names, images, and factual details belong to their respective owners or are sourced from public data.
Changes to Mela and these terms
Mela is an early-stage product and will keep changing — new features, new categories, new functionality. These terms may be updated as that happens, and we'll update the "last updated" date above whenever they are.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
